Definitely one of my favorite desserts!
1 cup heavy cream
3 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Whisk cream, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Pour into two ramekins. Place ramekins in roasting pan and fill pan about half way with hot water. Place in oven and bake for about an hour. Remove from oven and cool on counter for 15 minutes. Put them I in refrigerator and chill overnight. Sprinkle a thin layer of white and brown sugar. Carefully with a blowtorch melt sugar.
