Breakfast Casserole II


This is the second breakfast casserole I have posted on this blog (first one is here). This one includes bread, sausage and cheese. Enjoy!

Breakfast Casserole II

Serves 1


2 Tbsp. ground pork sausage, cooked

2 sandwich bread slices, cubed

1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

2 eggs

1/3 cup milk

¼ tsp. mustard

Dash Worcestershire sauce



Place bread cubes in a greased ramekin. Sprinkle with cheese and top with sausage. Whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

  1. I’m ALL about breakfast casseroles these days! I made this a few weekends back with english muffins instead of bread (and no heavy cream) and it was AMAAAAAAZING
