Creamy Succotash

I made this delicious side dish with some roasted pork loin (similar recipe here).

Creamy Succotash

2-4 serves

35 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen lima beans

1 ½ cups corn, remove from kernel

1 Tbsp. butter

1 Tbsp. flour

½ tsp. sugar

½ cup milk

Bacon, cooked and crumble

Directions:

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat, add flour, stirring until smooth. Stir in sugar, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk stirring until smooth. Stir in corn and lima beans stirring often for 15 minutes. Garnish with bacon.
