Delicious epic dinner. I made a pan-seared rib-eye (recipe here) with hollandaise (recipe here), pan-fried potatoes, and roasted brussels sprouts. If you haven’t had roasted brussels sprouts you should really make them asap because they are sooooo good.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper and place on sheet pan. Place in oven and roast for 35 minutes, until crisp on the outside.
