Balsamic Tuna Sandwich

Delicious healthy lunch and easy to make. Serve with an orange.

Balsamic Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. oregano

¼ cup chopped celery

½ avocado

2 slices whole grain bread, toasted

2 pieces romaine lettuce

Directions:

Mix together tuna, vinegar, olive oil, oregano, celery, avocado, salt and pepper. Place on bread with romaine.
