I made fish sticks and tartar sauce (recipe here), french fries, and on the side a nice crisp celery root and carrot remoulade. It’s like a crunchier version of coleslaw.
Celery Root and Carrot Remoulade
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon
1 lemon, juiced
1 lb. celery root, peeled and grated
2 carrots, peeled and grated
Mix together mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon, salt and pepper. Mix in carrots and celery.
