I saw they had fresh oysters at Whole Foods, so I decided to try to shuck them myself. It was surprisingly easier than I thought. Served them with a mignonette.
Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette Sauce
Fresh oysters, shucked
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 shallot, minced
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Mix together vinegar, shallot, and parsley. Spoon on top of oysters.
