Baked Ham Egg Cup



Fun breakfast and easy to make!


Baked Ham Egg Cup

Serves 3


Cooking spray

3 eggs

3 slices ham

grated parmesan

1 green onion, sliced


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay a piece of ham in a hole creating a ham cup. Crack an egg into each hole. Bake egg for about 12 minutes, until white and firm. Carefully remove each egg from muffin tin and top with grated cheese and green onions.
