Pan-Fried Pork Chops


Simple pan-fried pork chops with sauteed zucchini and roasted potatoes makes a great meal.



Pan-Fried Pork Chops

Serves 4

20 minutes


½ cup flour

4 thinly cut boneless pork chops

¼ cup vegetable oil



Add salt and pepper to flour and dredge pork chops in flour mixture. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and fry pork chops 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until brown. Drain on paper towels.
