Chicken Parmesan Meatballs


Easy meatballs that I served with pasta, tomato sauce and lots of parmesan cheese. These meatballs are great on sandwiches or even by themselves.

Chicken Parmesan Meatballs


1 lb. ground chicken

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 Tbs. chopped parsley

½ Tbs. oregano

½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 egg

lemon zest

3 Tbs. olive oil


Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, herbs, cheese, garlic, egg, and lemon zest in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Make 1 inch size balls. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Place meatballs in pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning so all sides become brown.
