Salmon Spread

This is a lovely appetizer. Looks really fancy with some tiny toasts and garnished with the capers and dill. I used the leftovers with bagels in the morning, which is delicious.

 

Salmon Spread

Ingredients:

8 oz. smoked salmon, flaked with a fork
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbs. fresh dill, chopped
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Capers

Small toasts, to serve

 

Directions:
Combine salmon, cheese, dill and pepper in the bowl of a food processor.  Pulse repeatedly until all the ingredients are blended and smooth.  Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and chill at least one hour.  Spread on to toast and garnish with capers and dill.
