This is my appetizer for the lunch I made for my mom on mother’s day. I found these beautiful colorful organic radishes along with a spicy smoked trout at whole foods. This made a delicious simple light appetizer.
Smoked Trout and Radish Crostini
Baguette slices, toasted
Spread crème fraiche on crostinis, add slice radish then pieces of smoked trout. Sprinkle with chives.
