Fish Sticks + Tartar Sauce

Easy to make and delicious! Some fish sticks with a side of tartar sauce is a great dinner. I served it with a side of sauteed spinach.

 

Fish Sticks

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups flour

2 eggs

1 ½ cups bread crumbs

2 fish fillets, cut in strips

Directions:

Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees. Put flour, egg and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Season flour with salt and pepper and whisk eggs. Put each piece of fish in flour, then eggs, and then breadcrumbs. Place in deep fryer for 3-4 minutes until golden.

 

Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

½ cup mayonnaise

1 pickle finely diced

1 Tbs. mustard

1 Tbs. capers

1 Tbs. red wine vinegar

Directions:

Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
