Marinated Flank Steak + Cucumber Salad

IMG_0352

This is one of my favorite recipes for flank steak. The longer it marinates the better it gets, so overnight is ideal. I like my steak on the rare side, but just add a minute or two for more of a medium or well done. I used just the broiler but this also works well on the grill. The cucumber salad is a nice refreshing side.
