Nachos

For those nights I just want something delicious and fast. This is a better snack, but I am guilty of eating just this for dinner. Don’t skimp on the best part, the avocado!

Nachos

Ingredients:

Tortilla chips

1 can black beans

½ cup pickled jalapenos

¼ black olives (sliced or diced)

3 cups of cheddar cheese

Salsa

Sour Cream

Avocados

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large baking dish or baking sheet put half of tortilla chips in a layer. Sprinkle half of beans, jalapenos, olives, and cheese. Place rest of chips on top and sprinkle the rest of the beans, jalapenos, olives, and cheese. Put in oven until cheese is melted and beginning to brown, around  5 to 10 minutes. Pull out of oven and top with sour cream, salsa and avocado.
